Sandwiches + Snacks

Tuna and cheddar cheese wraps

Serves 4


4 large wholemeal flour tortillas

120g NI cheddar cheese, grated

2 × 185g cans tuna in spring water

Large handful of shredded lettuce

2 large ripe tomatoes, cut into slices

4 tablespoons mayonnaise

4 baby gherkins, drained and sliced (optional)

Salt and pepper

Serves 4


Place the tortillas onto a chopping board and spread with mayonnaise, top with shredded lettuce, sliced tomatoes and gherkins.

Sprinkle cheddar cheese and tuna on top and season with salt and pepper.

Fold the top and bottom of each wrap inwards to cover most of the filling and then roll up fairly tightly before serving.
