Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
Grate the cheddar into a bowl.
Finely chop the spring onions and chilli and mix well with the cheese.
Unroll the pastry sheet, keeping the paper.
Spread the cheese mixture over half the pastry sheet.
Fold the pastry over and press down well.
Slice the pastry into strips the width of your finger.
Twist each strip 2 to 3 times.
Spread the strips on the reserved paper and place on a baking tray.
Brush with the milk
Bake for 20 minutes.
Mix together the yogurt, mango chutney and lime before transferring to a serving dish.
Serve the cheese twists with the dip.
