Melon and apple topping with dates

Serves 3–4


150g ripe melon or mango flesh (prepared weight)

150g unpeeled apples (prepared weight)

4 dried dates, finely chopped

1 teaspoon fresh ginger, finely grated

1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lime juice

Serves 3–4


Coarsely dice the melon and apples with a sharp knife.

Place the fruit in a bowl, and fold in the rest of the ingredients.

Serve with natural yogurt. The topping is not suitable for storing.
