Method
Blitz your digestive biscuits and mix with 125g of melted butter, transfer this to a baking dish and pat down with a spoon
In a bowl, add your cream cheese, icing sugar and vanilla and mix
To the same bowl, add your 500g of beaten double cream, sieve in your match powder and mix
Spoon the mixture over your biscuit base, top with chopped pistachios and refrigerate for 5 hours (or overnight)
