Mango, chilli and ginger drink

Makes approx. 600ml (just over a pint)

Ingredients

400ml NI buttermilk

1 teaspoon fresh ginger, peeled and finely grated

Pinch of chilli flakes

200g mango flesh (prepared weight)

1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice

1 teaspoon liquid honey

Servings
Makes approx. 600ml (just over a pint)

Method

Place all ingredients in a blender.

Blend until smooth.

Serve immediately.
