Mix all the ingredients (except yogurt) thoroughly in a bowl and place in a roasting tin.
Roast the mixture in the oven at 200°C for 5–10 minutes, or until the muesli is golden brown, stirring a couple of times. The muesli can also be dry roasted in a frying pan. Serve sprinkled on natural yogurt.
