Cheddar, cranberry & pomegranate bruschetta

Serves 4


1 small French stick, cut into 8 thick slices

4tbsp NI butter

3tbsp cranberry sauce

150g NI Cheddar cheese, grated

Handful fresh pomegranate seeds

Serves 4


Preheat a grill and toast the bread on both sides until golden and spread with butter. Top the hot toast with cranberry sauce, grated cheddar and sprinkle with pomegranate seeds.
