Cut the Cheddar into 1 inch thick slices and then cut into Christmas tree shaped triangles. Cut small cubes of cheese for the base of each tree.
Use a cocktail stick to scrape tiny holes in the cheese and push a pomegranate seed into each hole to look like baubles. Then push a cocktail stick up the centre of the tree and secure the other end of the cocktail stick into a cheese cube to stand upright.
Arrange onto serving platters and garnish with pieces of fruit.
