Method

Thread cubes of cheddar onto cocktail sticks with cherry tomatoes and tiny basil leaves or with black grapes and red currants.

Top small crackers with garlic mayonnaise, tiny cubes of cheddar and thin slices of Jalapeno pepper or thin slices of chorizo with grated cheddar and cherry tomato wedges.
