Christmas tree cheese board


1 large block of cheddar cheese

142g soft blue brie cheese

142g brie cheese

142g smoked cheddar cheese

1 small bunch of black grapes

1 punnet of cherry tomatoes

6 plums, quartered, stones removed

1 small punnet of fresh cranberries

1 small tub of fresh pomegranate seeds

Handful of fresh cut rosemary

Crackers, bread & breadsticks to serve


Cut cheeses into small cubes and arrange in layers on slate with fruit and tomatoes. Use 3 halved breadsticks for the trunk. Put 3 crackers at the top and scatter with pomegranate seeds. Insert pieces of rosemary to give a tree effect. Serve with extra crackers, bread sticks, slices of French stick and chutneys or pickles.
