EFAD ‘Food Matrix’ webinar

The European Federation of the Associations of Dietitians (EFAD) is hosting a webinar on Thursday 3rd June on The Food Matrix. The webinar is supported by the European Milk Forum (EMF), which includes the Dairy Council for Northern Ireland.

Health effects of dairy foods: new insights based on the food matrix concept

  • Musculoskeletal health: the importance of the dairy matrix effect - Dr Sandra Iuliano, University of Melbourne

The webinar will be chaired by Pauline Douglas, Ulster University and EFAD Honorary Treasurer.
