Marmalade and cheddar toast

Ingredients

4 slices of thick wholemeal bread

A little butter

4 tablespoons marmalade

140g NI cheddar cheese, sliced or grated

Method

Preparation and cooking time: 5 minutes

Pre heat a grill to moderate

Toast the slices of bread then spread with butter and marmalade.

Arrange slices of cheese on top and either eat immediately or place under a pre–heated grill until the cheese melts.
