2018 Fact book

Safeguarding our Resources

The EU Sustainable Dairy fact books are an EU–funded resource developed in collaboration with the European Milk Forum.

The first edition, published in 2018, looks at how the sector is working to improve its emissions and mitigate against climate change, with specific reference to Greenhouse Gas emissions. 

There is also a chapter on Nutrition, which examines the part dairy products can play in a healthy, sustainable diet.
