Oven temperature 200C
Horizontally cut the pastry in half and then make two evenly spaced vertical cuts, creating 6 squares of pastry.
Place the squares onto a large baking sheet and top with slices of brie, pear and ham. Fold in the corner of each square and brush with egg wash.
Bake in a hot oven for 20 minutes until golden and crisp.
Drizzle with honey before serving.
