Dairy Matrix Effect webinar

The Dairy Council for Northern Ireland is hosting seminar on the Food Matrix Effects of Dairy on Tuesday 23rd March. 

The event for Nutrition and Health Professionals will be online, taking place via livestream.

The seminar will explore the concept of the ‘food matrix’ and particularly dairy matrix effects. 

Professor Alan Kelly, University College Cork, will give a food science perspective of the dairy matrix and Dr Aileen O’Connor of Food for Health Ireland at University College Dublin, will look at the nutrition and health effects.

The seminar will be chaired by Professor Michelle McKinley from Queen’s University, Belfast.

It will begin at 11:00am and finish at 12:15pm.
