Nutrition and Health – What’s New? Conference

The Dairy Council held its annual conference for nutrition and health professionals on 8th May at W5, Belfast.

‘Nutrition and Health – What’s New?’ focused on the latest developments in nutrition science and practice, including those in relation to dairy foods, and was chaired by Professor Sean Strain from Ulster University.

Dr Anne Nugent, University College Dublin
Cheese and health – an update on the evidence

Professor Jason Ellis, Northumbria University
Overweight and obesity – the role of sleep
