Dairy Council Nutrition Lecture at the University of Ulster 2013

This year’s Annual Dairy Council Nutrition Lecture at the University of Ulster was given by Anne Molloy, Associate Professor in the Department of Clinical Medicine and Director of the Vitamin Research Laboratory, Trinity College Dublin.

Professor Molloy, a leading expert on folate and vitamin B12 in health and disease, spoke to an audience of academics, nutrition students and health professionals on ‘Facing the Future with Folic Acid Fortification: A Legacy beyond Neural Tube Defects’.

The lecture, on the 27th November, was the 24th in the series and represents the long–standing relationship between the Dairy Council for Northern Ireland and the University of Ulster’s Northern Ireland Centre for Food and Health (NICHE).
