Toasted wheaten topped with apple, blue brie and thyme

Serves 4

Toasted wheaten topped with apple, blue brie and thyme

Ingredients

  • 4 slices of wheaten bread
  • 2 tablespoons spiced apple chutney
  • 1 small red apple, cored and thinly sliced
  • 100g blue brie, sliced
  • Fresh thyme leaves (optional)

Method

  • Lightly toast the wheaten bread under a hot grill, remove and spread with apple chutney before topping with apple and blue brie slices.
  • Place back under a hot grill for a few minutes to melt the cheese.
  • Sprinkle with thyme leaves before serving.
