Christmas tree cheese board

Ingredients

  • 1 large block of cheddar cheese
  • 142g soft blue brie cheese
  • 142g brie cheese
  • 142g smoked cheddar cheese
  • 1 small bunch of black grapes
  • 1 punnet of cherry tomatoes
  • 6 plums, quartered, stones removed
  • 1 small punnet of fresh cranberries
  • 1 small tub of fresh pomegranate seeds
  • Handful of fresh cut rosemary
  • Crackers, bread & breadsticks to serve

Method

  • Cut cheeses into small cubes and arrange in layers on slate with fruit and tomatoes. Use 3 halved breadsticks for the trunk. Put 3 crackers at the top and scatter with pomegranate seeds. Insert pieces of rosemary to give a tree effect. Serve with extra crackers, bread sticks, slices of French stick and chutneys or pickles.
