Toasted potato bread with baked beans and NI cheddar

8 potato farls

A little NI butter

1 × 415g baked beans

180g NI cheddar cheese, grated

Method

Pre heat a grill to moderate.

Toast the potato farls on both sides until golden then spread with butter.

Meanwhile heat the beans.

To serve, place two toasted potato farls onto each plate, top with warm baked beans and sprinkle with grated cheese.
