Working with Nature

To give you the best dairy products

We take many things for granted, things that are familiar and that we use every day. So have you ever thought about what's involved in giving you your daily pinta and other dairy products?

This photo exhibition tells the story of what's involved in producing milk on dairy farms throughout Northern Ireland. It shows what life is like on a dairy farm, and how dairy farmers and their families work in harmony with nature and the changing seasons to make sure you have milk and dairy products that are probably the best in the world. The life and work of a dairy farmer has a rhythm that's in tune with nature and the four seasons. Each season dictates what happens on a dairy farm, from harvesting grass in summer to the birth of new calves in spring. So dairy farmers and their families work with nature the year round, in tune with the unique rhythms of each season.
