Ingredients
- 375mls semi-skimmed milk, chilled
- 125mls low-fat natural yogurt
- 1 small tin canned peach slices in natural juice
- 1 ripe banana
- 1 tablespoon honey
- cinnamon, for sprinkling
- Place ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth
- Serve in tall, chilled glasses sprinkled with extra cinnamon
