Ingredients
  • 375mls semi-skimmed milk, chilled
  • 125mls low-fat natural yogurt
  • 1 small tin canned peach slices in natural juice
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • cinnamon, for sprinkling
Method
  • Place ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth
  • Serve in tall, chilled glasses sprinkled with extra cinnamon
