Finalists 2010

In 2010 students across Northern Ireland were invited to develop a two -course meal for a family of four for £8.00 or less, at the time when the country is experiencing a credit crunch. The challenge was to create an appealing and imaginative meal which demonstrated that it is still possible to eat well on a budget. The winning menu had to be based on healthy eating guidlines and had to include Northern Ireland milk an dairy products.
