Get the milk in mum!

Banana, date and cinnamon drink
Makes approx. 600ml or just over a pint

Ingredients
  • 125g ripe bananas (prepared weight)
  • 50g fresh dates, without stones
  • ½ tablespoon freshly squeezed lime or lemon juice
  • 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 400ml natural yogurt
Method
  • Place all ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth. Dilute with milk if the drink is too thick. Serve immediately.
