Ingredients
- 125g ripe bananas (prepared weight)
- 50g fresh dates, without stones
- ½ tablespoon freshly squeezed lime or lemon juice
- 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
- 400ml natural yogurt
- Place all ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth. Dilute with milk if the drink is too thick. Serve immediately.
