2010 ‘Milk It’ Seminar

The ‘Milk it’ seminar was hosted by the Dairy Council for NI in conjunction with the School of Sports Studies at the University of Ulster in October 2010, and presented the latest research on the potential benefits of milk for as a sports drink for young people.

The seminar was part of the Dairy Council’s ‘Milk it for all it’s worth’ campaign designed to communicate the nutritional benefits of milk as part of a healthy active lifestyle to young people.
