The European Milk Forum, together with the Dairy Council for Northern Ireland, hosted a scientific symposium for nutrition and health professionals on Monday 15th September at The MAC, Belfast. The seminar was chaired by Dr Michelle McKinley from Queen’s University Belfast, and explored the health benefits of the milk matrix.
