Nutty Fruit Cheescake
Base 150g
(6oz) Digestive biscuits (crushed)
50g (2oz) walnuts
75g (3oz) Butter
Topping
100g (4oz) cream cheese
100g (4oz) fromage frais
100g (4oz) icing sugar
4.4floz Fresh Dairy whipping cream
Pie filling or fresh fruit
Method
Combine the base ingredients together and press into the bottom of
a loose bottom 7 - 8" tin
Cream the cheese and icing sugar together, add the lightly whipped
cream and fold in the fromage frais.
Spread on top of the cheesecake base and chill
Spread with pie filling of choice or use fresh fruit.
