Pitta
filled with Cheese and Ham



2 wholemeal pitta pockets

crisp lettuce shredded

2 thick slices of lean cooked ham

50g (2oz) cheddar cheese

2 pineapple rings

watercress



To Make two tasty filled pitta pockets

* Preheat the grill , heat the two pitta pockets .

* Chop the lettuce finely, grate the cheese and cut the ham in thin strips

* Cut open one side of each pitta pocket.

* Half fill with lettuce, divide the cheese and ham strips between the two pockets.

* Cut the pineapple into pieces and use with watercress to garnish.
