Cheese
and Chicken Sandwich



Serves 1



25g (1oz) butter

2 slices of Wholemeal bread

25g (1oz) grated cheddar cheese

50g (2oz) chopped cooked chicken

Half small red pepper cut into rings

seasoning



Method

* Butter the bread and spread _ the grated cheese over one side.

* Place the cooked chicken on top and cover with slices of pepper, season and sprinkle on remaining cheese.

Place the second slice of bread on top and either toast on each side or fry in melted butter or place in a sandwich toaster. Serve with salad.
