1 garlic clove 4 spring onions 500g (1lb) pork fillet cut into fine strips Half red pepper cut into fine strips Half green pepper cut into fine strips 1 small tin of pineapple chunks Half teasp dried thyme seasoning 25g (1oz) flour 250ml (1/2 pt)
milk * Melt the butter in a large fry pan * Add the pork and cook quickly to brown and seal, add the sliced onion and garlic and cook for a further minute * Add the pepper, pineapple, ginger, thyme, and seasoning toss lightly. * Sprinkle on the flour and stir well, slowly stir in the milk and bring to the boil cook until the sauce thickens. * Serve on a bed of boil white or brown rice or try it with quick cook noodles. Serves
