Prawn
and Crème Fraiche Starter

 

200g (8oz) prawns

Mixed lettuce leaves.

Sauce

125ml (_pt) crème fraiche

125ml (_pt) dairy whipping cream

1 tabsp mayonnaise

1 tsp lemon juice

2 tsp tomato ketchup

Half tsp Worchester sauce

Method

* Blend the sauce ingredients together and chill.

(For a light thick sauce whip the cream before mixing sauce ingredients)

* Arrange the prawns on a bed of mixed lettuce leaves or in individual glass dishes and spoon on the sauce.
