Crème Fraiche Dip
and Cucumber Dip

 

300ml (10floz) crème fraiche

2 tabsp chopped fresh herbs

1 clove garlic crushed

 

Place the crème fraiche into a food processor and blend together,

Chill well before serving- great on Barbecue baked potatoes.

 

Cucumber Dip

 

500g (1lb) cottage cheese

125ml (1/4pt) mayonnaise

Paprika

1/2 cucumber

seasoning

 

Chop the cucumber into fine dice, sieve the cottage cheese and blend in the mayonnaise, add the seasoning, paprika and cucumber, chill before serving.
